Junior Rangers Finding Feathered Friends 16 January 2020 – Coolart Homestead and Wetlands

Description:

Learn how to identify different birds and join a ranger for a guided walk to discover the birds of Coolart. Find out who calls this park home and how different feather types can teach us about each bird.

This activity is suitable for children aged 6-12, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please bring water, sunscreen, insect repellent, and wear enclosed shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. Bring along your binoculars, spares will be provided.

Activities may be rescheduled, changed or cancelled due to adverse weather or for emergency response.

Please meet 5 minutes before scheduled at the Coolart Visitor Centre, entry off Lord Somers Rd.
