Learn about the impacts marine invaders have on our oceans. Find out about marine debris and the impact it has on our marine environment. Discuss and look at examples of other marine invaders (e.g. Japanese kelp and Northern Pacific Sea Stars), and see the impact they have on our oceans.
This activity is suitable for children aged 6-12 who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.
Please bring water, sunscreen, insect repellent, and wear enclosed shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather (e.g. rain jacket, beanie).
Activities may be rescheduled, changed or cancelled due to adverse weather or for emergency response.
