Join a Ranger for a wade through the shallows of Point Cooke Marine Sanctuary. Discover what lies beneath the surface as we walk along the sand flats, explore the seagrass beds and look for the creatures living within.
Please wear a hat and sunscreen. Closed toe water shoes that cover the ankle are essential - no thongs or bare feet. Prepare to get your feet wet (THIS INCLUDES PARENTS/ GUARDIANS).
Activities are suitable for children aged 7 and up. Children must be accompanied into the water by a parent or guardian.
Activities may be rescheduled, changed or cancelled due to adverse weather or for emergency response.
Meet at the end of Homestead entrance road. Note: Homestead Entrance road is a gravel road and is NOT the main Point Cook Coastal Park entrance.
